We developed a user guide to support training and deployment of BTeP Earthrise, the new workflow management tool for BT Financial Group.

The user guide is the central reference manual for employees and service providers involved in the day-to-day work of managing superannuation and investment funds.

The application allows multiple users to conduct search queries on accounts, allocate, track and record transactions as well as easily, view, store and retrieve relevant documentation.

The user guide includes:

• An overview of the business purpose of the application.
• Orientation to the workbench, screens and layouts.
• Demonstrations of the features and functions located within default perspectives.
• Additional features, preferences and customisation options.
• Glossary of terms.
