We provide copywriting and editing services for health and safety campaigns delivered across the State's mining and quarrying industry. A quarterly newsletter and e-bulletin are produced, along with a website, handbook, fact sheets and safety publications.

A new range of licencing and online information services will assist South Australian business to easily transact with government. We wrote content, instructions and help files to make this whole of government web portal easy to use.

With an offshore partner appointed to process fund contributions, we worked with the training team to develop a 16-week program of competency-based training delivered remotely to customer service teams in Delhi, India.
Our latest project involved developing a user guide to support implementation of BTeP Earthrise, an electronic workflow system used across the business.
